Before you start
What do I need to send?
A few photos or clips of your product, your logo if you have one, and a sentence about what you sell and who buys it. The order form asks for exactly that — it takes about two minutes.
How fast will I get my videos?
The order form shows your date before you pay: 5 business days for a launch pack, 7 for 3 a month, 10 for 6 a month. Rush delivery gets your first videos in 2 business days.
Can I pay half now?
Yes, on a one-time pack: half today, the other half when your videos are ready — before you download them. Or pay everything upfront and save 5%. Monthly plans are billed each month, and you can cancel any time.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. Stripe emails your card receipt the moment you pay, and we send a confirmation with your order number and delivery date.
What if I don't like a video?
When your videos arrive you score them from 1 to 10. Anything 6 or below asks what didn't work and what you'd like changed — that becomes your revision, included in your package.
Can you post them for me?
Yes. Add posting in the order form and pick TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube or LinkedIn. We schedule and publish them for you.
Who owns the videos?
You do. Full commercial rights on delivery — paid social, websites, in-store screens and TV.
